Company Licensees Organized as Corporations or Limited Liability Companies Must Provide Tax Identifier Information to the Bureau to Access Current Licensing Information in BreEZe

The Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS or Bureau) is scheduled to transition to the Departmentís BreEZe licensing and enforcement system in January 2016. As part of this transition, licensing data residing in the current Legacy system will be migrated to the new BreEZe system.

A BSIS licensee organized as a corporation or Limited Liability Company (LLC) must have their Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) on file with the Bureau in order to access their current license information through BreEZe.

NOTE: The Bureau is in the process of mailing letters to all affected licensees to advise them of the need for the FEIN in order to access their license information on BreEZe, as well as instructions for submitting the FEIN to the Bureau.

The Bureau will continue to provide updates regarding its transition to BreEZe over the next several months.
