BSIS Meets with Professional Investigators of California The Bureau Chief, Deputy Chief and Outreach Coordinator attended and spoke at the Association Chapter of Professional Investigators of California (PICA) meeting in Vacaville, California. They updated PICA's members of the Bureau's activities and plans for the upcoming year and answered questions pertaining to their private investigators license. Some of the main topics discussed were unlicensed activity, continuing education, outreach activities and enforcement efforts.
