BSIS Partners with U.S. Department Of Homeland Security to Fight Unlicensed Activity by Illegal Aliens
Chief Paul Johnson, Deputy Chief Rick Fong and Bureau Representative Rolando Taeza recently met with U.S. Department of Homeland Security officials to discuss how the two agencies could work together to identify unlicensed activity by illegal aliens. The meeting with special agents of DHS's Immigration & Customs Enforcement division also delved into how to combat fraudulent applications for BSIS licenses. This partnership is just the “tip of the iceberg”. BSIS is building more of them with State, city, county and Federal agencies to assist its efforts against unlicensed activity.
