Coordinator spoke to police officers at a recent Sacramento Police Department roll
call.
The primary purpose of the visit was to introduce the Bureau's new Pocket Guide to License Types. The guide will assist peace officers in identifying and verifying licenses and permits issued by the Bureau.
The Bureau representatives also gave officers a primer on unlicensed activity and state laws and regulations related to the private security industry. They also answered a number of questions from the audience.
