Private Investigator Fees

On February 9, 2022, the Office of Administrative Law approved the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services’ proposed action to amend Division 7 of Title 16, California Code of Regulations (CCR) section 639 and filed the action with the Secretary of State. This regulatory action will become effective on April 1, 2022.
